Something not quite right? We're here to help!

For all orders, items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with tags on, to qualify for a return or exchange. (Masks and any items purchased during our sales are final sale and may not be returned.) Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.

While international inbound return postage will be paid by the sender, we'll cover the outbound postage on any items being sent to you in exchange.

P.S. Our totes and our dresses belong together! If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and its accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct $12 from your refund. If your item was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote:)
