Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, within 30 days, for all orders within the US!
Not in the US? No Problem! For all international orders, international inbound return postage will be paid by the sender, but we'll cover the outbound postage on any items being sent to you in exchange. To our Canadian friends: we are now able to generate return labels for you through our returns portal! The cost of the label (generally $13.95) will be deducted from your refund amount or charged when making an exchange.
For all orders, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn and undamaged condition with tags on to qualify for a return or exchange. For any items that arrive in less than new condition, a restocking fee of $10 will apply. (While we love our furry friends, our dresses must be returned in new condition. Dresses returned to us with pet hair may incur a $10 restocking fee.) All gift card and mask products are final sale and may not be returned. Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.
TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together! If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and its accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct $12 from your refund. If your item was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote:)
